Mustard Foods will be sitting down to breakfast with celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr. this Friday in the private dining room of The Ivy City Garden, hosted by Tracey Howes and Fabio Adler of the London Restaurant Network event.

Chef Michel is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most highly respected and best loved chefs. Bringing dishes to the table and delights to the taste buds, the two-star Michelin chef has been the chef patron at Le Gavroche since 1993 and is behind Roux at Parliament Square, Roux at The Landau and more recently The Wigmore.

Michel is also a regular host on TV shows such as Saturday Kitchen Live, Hidden Restaurants and Tried and Tasted and has written several cookbooks.

Friday’s breakfast event is taking place in the private dining room of The Ivy City Garden, next to Liverpool Street Station, one of ten Grills and Brasseries with The Ivy also offering foodies the choice of four Ivy Cafes.

Mustard Foods’ commercial director James Durrant, Dan Pearson, head of food development, and development chef Do Hun Lee will be attending.

“Having the opportunity to mix business and pleasure, especially with a chef as renowned as chef Michel, is not only a pleasure but it allows us at Mustard Foods to ensure that we always have our finger on the pulse, keeping up with the trends in the food industry,” Pearson said ahead of Friday’s sit-down.

Mustard Foods produces 120 tonnes of food per month, catering to 28 restaurant groups with ‘quality, consistency, and integrity’ always at the forefront.
