In April a Mustard Foods team of development and production chefs went on a Tasty Tour of Soho.
The tour included visits to Ethos, a meat free, largely gluten and dairy free restaurant complete with real birch trees. Next we visited Enrique Tomas Jamon followed by some sweet ‘free-from’ treats at Yorica and Crumbs & Doilies Bakery in Kingly Court. A pit stop at Dishoom to admire its Bombay Café culture was the perfect step before a feast at Blacklock Chops a concept launched by 3 ex-Hawksmoor employees.
“Developing and producing for 26 of the largest and fastest growing casual dining restaurant groups in the UK requires us to be on trend and in the know. Amy’s Tasty Tours is great way to get under the skin of emerging ideas and what’s happening in the sector. We’re looking forward to our follow-up bespoke Brixton market tour later this year.” concluded Commercial Director, James Durrant.
