Mustard Foods support the foodservice industry at the Phoenix Dinner held on 20 March, 2023 at ExCeL London during the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering show.
The Mustard Foods sales team and Commercial Director James Durrant attend the Phoenix Dinner in celebration and support for the food and hospitality industry.
The fundraising dinner, themed ‘Rising from the Ashes of the Pandemic’, is held by two leading chef organisations in the UK – the Craft Guild of Chefs and the British Culinary Federation. The dinner raises money for two important charities: Kelly’s Cause which offers hospitality-specific mental health training and support, and Hospitality Action who provides help, advice and support to anyone in the hospitality industry.
As a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, Mustard Foods aims to support the industry as best they can. “The foodservice and hospitality industry still hasn’t fully recovered from the pandemic. We support UK chefs, hotels and restaurants by supplying premium but cost effective meal solutions for service and staff meals so that hospitality teams can run effectively” – James Durrant, Mustard Foods Commercial Director
During the pandemic, Mustard worked with the NHS, charities and other organisations to supply over 482 000 meals over an 18 month period.
